My daughter worked for Victoria's Secret and she said it is against their policy to even approach you in that way. They have to know you have an item, where you have the item on you and verbally identify these details and then ask if you would like an item to match. Yes, they can only make you aware they know you have the item.

I feel that this manager needs to be fired immediately and anyone else who was involved. I shop at Victoria Secret alot and I spend alot of money there. I would never want to go in that store and be racial profiled. This is unaccepted and I am very hurt by the managers action. Please do something to stop this type of situation from happening to anyone else.
