Yes, I believe she should be fired. She rushed to judgement about people because of the color of their skin. She did not investigate to see whether everyone was involved. She just assumed & passed judgement on paying costumers because of the actions of one. It is hurtful & VERY BAD costumer service. And she should be FIRED!

For a store/brand/company to embrace women, they have to represent that in every staff member hired. That woman does not display attributes aanager should have, and frankly I don't even want to know her personally. Anyone who is that judgemental, prejudice, and paranoid should be doing warehouse work. Not face to face with the customer. I don't know what ground she thought she was standing on, but try not building your case on sand next time you bigot!!!

Seeing how Faith works for your company, is this really the image that you want portray to your customers and card holders? Faith deserves to be fired and these 2 women not involved in the shoplifting incident deserve a private and public apology. This is blatantly a case of racism. Faith continuing to work for your company implies that her views are in line with the ones with your company which I would not want to associate myself or my business with. I will gladly terminate my account and card if this situation is not handled approximately and efficiently.

This is part of what is possible with social media. Accountability for one's actions. I believe that the store manager who is captured on the video should lose the privilege of working at Victoria's Secret. How else could the company respond given the nature of the behavior and discrimination?
