I am a VS Forever Card holder, frequent shopper and an African-American older woman. I am appalled that this type of act occurred in 2016; I remember it from the 1960s in downtown DC stores and do not want to have it reoccurring now in VS stores. Call VS Corporate at 614-577-7844 and express your concerns. Corporate is responsible for the training of their store managers, who, in turn, are responsible for training the employees.

This employees actions are inexcusable! Her behavior can NOT be tolerated and reflects poorly on VS as a company. Surely she has had training on customer service, how to deal with shoplifting and did not become so rattled she kicked people out of the store due to racial profiling, which is obviously what she did. I am a white female and am outraged at her behavior. There is no question or she said or sides to be taken...thankfully it is all there recorded on FB live!

This is egregious. Racial profiling and racism, plain and simple. If this woman is not terminated, I will make it my personal mission to plan a boycott and not in tiny Oxford, Alabama but in Washington, DC and the greater DC area.
