The way this situation was handled by the store manager (Faith) was very unprofessional..... Victoria Secret shouldn't want her as a representative for them.

The store manager's actions are traumatizing. We must be conscious of how we test others because the potential for damaging a person's sense of self, dignity and worth is too high! She should be removed from her position immediately because she will exhibit her biases and racism again.
