As a Store Manager I have seen some things, but I always say, never judge anyone, by color or not how one dress’s. You never know. And most of my shoplifter were kids, and moms just out for the day and just needed some wine glasses, nothing that should cause this situation . The big ones are groups of kids, and I say to this manager, leave it to your security people. Your clothes are not expensive . You price them high, but not worth it. I did (retired) find foucing on my positive customer had a better outcome in my day than negative ones. About 20 years ago, I had 2 ladies screaming for the manager, They came at me as if they were going to kill me, they were going to see to it I lost my job. I kept my calm, and I said that’s fine, I’ll call HR myself, but could you tell why and what happen first? So they calmed down, explained the situation, and before they finished, I could see they had every reason for how they were feeling as they did. I gave them all the numbers I could find for them and call my DM right away. I told them the customer were in the right to feel as they did, so they were Compensated very well , and in turn they had a conversation with corporate and told them they were very lucky to have had me in the store, or they would have owned the store. No one ever did something so nice for me, but what made me feel good was what I did everyday was not to judge not to judge others, listen always.

It is unbeliveable how these people were treated. Victoria Secrets employees should be polite with all customers no matter how they look, specially for skin tones.

Sad situation, however I respect how Kimberly and the other woman carried themselves as they left. African-Americans should strongly consider coming together for at least a day and economically protest corporations in America for racial profiling and they will feel the contribution that African Americans make in this society.

People like this are bad for business and need to be terminated. Who made this person a manager?

That is just plain wrong, there is no excuse for this kind of action. That manager needs to be reprimanded for her actions! Thats unjustified to treat a customer like that!

I'm appalled at this situation. If a white person stole from this same store they wouldn't have reacted this way so done with the racism.
