It was intended that Patriotic citizens would be volunteering to serve for the common good of the Nation. This Petition proposes a U.S. Constitutional Amendment to establish term limits for members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives. The proposed term limit for the U.S. Senate Seats is one (1) Six Year Term and proposed term limit for the U.S. House of Representatives Seats is three (3) Two Year Terms. No one shall serve as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives and as a member of the U.S. Senate. There shall be no compensation or benefits for members of the U.S. Senate or members of the U.S. House of Representatives after leaving office. This Petition further proposes that an advisory referendum be voted on by every state in the nation and the results of this vote be carried out by each States Representative Members in the U.S. House and U.S. Senate to ratify a Congressional Amendment to the U.S. Constitution that reflects the popular vote of the American People.
