Wayne and I agree in totality with what is being put forth. I can tell you in the past and with a different association manager, all that was needed was a letter addressed to
the board and two weeks advanced noticed prior to the monthly meetings to get an item put on the agenda for a meeting. I did it myself more than once.
We had also requested several years ago it be brought forth members discuss changing the 2/3 vote.
