I have read countless of times how people have to wait days or even weeks for a simple response from the support team. I have also read many chat logs which just radiates the support teams incompetence.
All in all I have only seen one or two threads where the problem has been resolved nicely, but not within a decent time span.
The email you receive claims that you will get a reply within 48hours, that is true but the reply you get is that you must verify your email address and not that they acknowledge your problem. This never happens and if you are unlucky you will receive a mail stating (even though you did verify and they acknowledged that) that they have not heard from you in 72 hours and therefore will close the ticket.
I created this petition for all the TERA players to unite and hopefully to open Frogsters eyes that their current support system is not working as it should. I believe that with at least 500 people signing this, they must see what a problem this is and take it more seriously.
