The Board members are still pretending this isn't a massive conflict of interest while they keep their families in power. I have been digging through the bylaws all week and their excuses for this nepotism are falling apart.

The board members are finally starting to sweat because they know their private little fiefdom is crumbling. This momentum proves that homeowners are done with the blatant nepotism keeping Timberlake Estates under their thumb.

I completely agree and hope at least two-thirds of lot owners feel the same. Without approval by two-thirds of the votes cast, the measure will not be passed. Thank you for your support.
