I agree with this petition as written. The TN Grassland MDP lacks necessary detail and the planning commission should require due diligence before even considering it.

The proposed master plan lacks detail and provides the TN Grassland with carte blanc

Ignorance is not bliss. We moved here for the amenities. Separating them from the community itself is risky to residents who paid above market prices based on the whole package.

We reside in Fairvue Plantation and are entirely AGAINST approving this proposal. We support the petition as written.

As a homeowner of Foxland Harbor and a member of Tennessee Grasslands I oppose the Master Plan Development based on insufficient information and abilty understand the impact od such development on my persrsonal property value. Furthermore, I am concerned that passing of such MPD may impact access to existing greenspace and recreational access which was conveyed at the time of purchase of my home.
