For a number of years tenant's of Glasgow Housing Association(GHA) have been paying 13 months rent in a 12 month year, and are continuing to do so without complaint. GHA are pro-porting to being a caring landlord but how caring are they when they are probably the only landlord that works on a 4 week payment system the rest work on a calender month, they have also changed the parent group to being the Wheatley Group why I don't know I can only assume this is to allow them to bring in or give out our money without question. The point is this was done without any consultation with the people who pay for everything they do and that is their tenant's
