We, the undersigned property owners surrounding the area that borders the Doris Harvey property on Temple Terrace Highway do hereby protest the re-zoning request from RMC 9/C-G to RZ 07 1484 EL. We oppose the overly dense and irresponsible development of this property as being uncharacteristic to the rural area and not compatible with the comprehensive county growth plan. We believe that the additional 22,610 daily car trips that will be generated on Temple Terrace Highway/Bullard Parkway, and surrounding single-lane roads such as Davis Road and Harney Road, will create a dangerous impact on our safety, our children\'s safety and our property values.
