Every Canadian should be able to evoke all of their Charter Rights. This includes my fellow Brothers and Sisters in the RCMP.

PM Trudeau, please listen to the Senators whom you charged with carefully reviewing Bill C -7 . They removed the exclusions after listening to those who are directly affected by it. Please do what is right for the future of the men and women in the RCMP. No exclusions.

RCMP are struggling to get new recruits, to keep retiring as soon as they can because they aren't respected, and that has a ripple affect down the line. Our RCMP officers need and want to feel that Canadian pride when they wear every day uniforms, or their red serge. That requires Canada's gov't to have and show pride and respect for them from the top down and everything they sacrifice every day (whether at work or not)!

I stand behind the RCMP as our Federal law enforcement agency. I am a firefighter/Paramedic and I work with these amazing people. They deserve to be heard! Why do city police have better equipment and better resources? The RCMP has been around longer than most agencies - they should have the first voice!
