As a Mountie I can say that we absolutely need the right to collective bargaining with no exclusions included in bill C-7. This is the only way that we can begin to fix our broken workplace.

We work day in and day out, and we have been without a contract since 2014, and when I joined 26 years ago we where number 2 or 3 in the Police Universe. Now we are lucky to be in the top 20, and we are the National police force. Just treat us with respect!
