I believe free collective bargaining must include health, safety, and working conditions. Especially when the lives of members and the public are put at risk by poorly considered changes in policy.

Equality and a parallel Policing environment. Bill C7 is not an impartial beginning for RCMP members.

Members need to be treated better and have a say. We don't get paid nearly as much as we should or respected. Even though I am retired now I would like to see the members still in get benefits and treated well.

Please Prime Minister Trudeau and all MPs listen to the members, they deserve it, it is their legislation.

I have been a member for 8 years. If we are to unionize I feel we should have the same bargaining power as any other police force. Please remove the exclusions from bill C-7

Remove the exclusions and grant members of the RCMP the same unfettered bargaining rights that all other modern labour unions in Canada have. Respect those members who have taken oaths of loyalty and duty to the Canadian public with a fair labour bill.

We are appealing to the Liberal government and to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to follow in the legacy of his father who brought the Charter of Rights and Freedoms to our great country of Canada. These rights are for all Canadians great or small regardless of stature or social position. We who are members of the RCMP ask that your government enshrine these basic human rights where we and our families are concerned. Help us to restore our International icon and make it better than it has ever been. Be the visionary and greater leader than your father ever was. Stand with us and for us! We and our families await your decision on Bill C-7!

No exclusions !! Let us do what every other union and association has the ability to do, bargain in good faith on all aspects of the job.

The Canadian gov't must respect the spirit in which collective bargaining power was granted to the RCMP by the Supreme Court. As presented by the house of commons C-7 is a clear attempt to subvert and remove the teeth from this hard fought court battle.

No point in having a union if members are still unable to have a say in their work environment. And NOBODY knows the work better than the workhorse constables.

I got 24 years done and tell you the truth like many of guys with my service I do not see myself working longer for an organization that used to be the best ... We are now one of the worst , we can't attract the good applicants, we are losing benefits, not getting paid like we were promised and our senior management does not care about us as long as we keep working and don't complaint. It is too bad to see such a beautiful organization losing its image. We are no longer THE BEST... That is a shame. Stef
