I am exercising my constitutional right. And since Article 6 (the supremacy clause) to the US Costitution puts the 14th amendment above any state law. In the case of Troxel v. Granville, the United States Supreme Court stated that "the interest of parents in the care, custody and control of their children--is perhaps the oldest of the fundamental liberty interests recognized by this Court... "Choices [parents make] about the upbringing of children... are among associational rights... sheltered by the Fourteenth Amendment against the State's unwarranted usurpation, disregard, or disrespec"

Opt out with Parental request should always be honored.
My daughter went from being gifted to a big fat F in math! The kids struggling are now on te honor roll ? Its dumbing down the masses. Your taking our best creative achievers & making them simple bee workers . America's future will be very bleak.
