Tell the City You've Had Enough With Bike Lane Congestion in Toronto

I live in High Park area and I am on Bloor st. driving Between High Park and Kipling on a regular basis. I rarely see the bike lanes being utilized. Sometimes one or two bikes, but mostly zero.
The traffic congestion is horrendous. Also there is no lane available for emergency vehicles.
Toronto council needs to rethink the ill conceived strategy of placing bike lanes on our busiest streets.

This is outlandish. Olivia should serve jail time for misuse of taxpayer money.
