Co , it's time , I have coached at this park for 6 years and it's alott worse then when I started. Why the parents have not called you out before now I don't know. Many children have been hurt and or injured and it needs to stop.

Every practice, I am there early picking up rocks off the fields (by the handfuls). It is pathetic that no one from the city has made any efforts to address any of our previous issues until this point. It is even more miraculous that we have not had a more serious or fatal injury (thankfully) because of the field conditions. I look at other parks and shake my head regarding how poor ours is in comparison. It has to stop, otherwise our children are the ones that lose in all of this. The park is a tremendous benefit to the Arlington area (large new dog park area, disc golf course, 1.75 mile walking track, baseball / softball fields, ponds, play ground areas for parties, large grounds, basketball courts.....). There is not really anything else like it.....so why do we allow the soccer area to become a joke??

this is my child's first yr playing soccer at this park. It is such a disaster how the fields look!!! I actually played soccer as kid , around 6 or 7 yrs old at this park and it never looked this bad. I actually played for first coast kyx association. The only reason I did not let my child play thier is bc this park was closer to my home. now with choosing this park I except more, if you were to look at kyx fist coast league thier fields are immaculate. At these fields only the older player have lights my child can't even see the ball at practice, and see all the holes and rocks thier tripping over when they do practice. Thier is no excuse why these fields look so horrible for these players learning the game of soccer
