The businesses in Elmira already lost a lot of their business because of people leaving Elmira and you want to drive more out. No Roundabout on North Main Street.

We don't need any roundabouts in any part of Elmira. Any business that been around as long as Savinos has, must be listened to.

No to ANY and ALL round abouts. Maple Ave is terrible, I just avoid it all together. That street was never designed to have them there, way too small street and way too big of a round about. I thought they were put in to slow traffick couldn't speed bumps or a light have solved the problem a lot cheaper? How much is this going to cost Elmira and who are these planners proposing such a ludicrous idea? C'mon Mandell, thought you were a common sense guy!??
