Tell the City of Elmira NO to a Roundabout on North Main Street!

they only want it so they can get extra money! these in my opinion are more dangerous and cause lot more problems ... I say NO!!!

This is ridiculous! It's been fine for the last 100 years! Don't fix it if it isn't broke!!!! Wasting money as usual!

This is not needed. We have streets in elmira that i am ashamed to drive on. Fix them!!!

whose dumb idea is this? this is a terrible idea.
- this will only encourage drivers to avoid this street which is a major north south traffic route and will aggravate me and many other drivers
- a better solution would be a stop light and cross walk for pedestrians from the old seven eleven (or whatever it was) to McDonalds
- pedestrian crossing will become extremely difficult and dangerous if you add the roundabout
- this is an unnecessary change that no one wants
- the recent accidents on rte 13 and 328 are a direct result of the roundabouts and such unnecessary expensive changes
- this also negatively affects nearby local businesses financially and will force them to eventually close
- everything is working alright now..don't mess things up

Roundabouts are a complete waste of time and taxpayer dollars. The ones that were installed on the Southside are a complete joke as a larger vehicle can barely maneuver around them.

This is ridiculous! The ones on maple were a waste n the ones in pine cuty were also. That money could be used to fix roads that already exist n repair buildings that badle need it. The city takes out traffic lights to save money, makes one ways into two ways for better traffic flow...this roundabout is unecessary n a waste of money

I am against the roundabout on N.Main Street. The street has several very successful.businesses that would be negatively affected. This intersection has been suceessful for a very long time, changinv the fraffic pattern is both unnecessary and anti small business. Thank you.

I drive down this street multiple times per day and have NEVER seen an accident here. What a waste of funds, if you ask me!! Not to mention long-term effects on small business owners!!!!!
