This person should be held responsible for their neglectful actions. The rabbits should not be returned, but rehomed where they will receive proper care. Dorota should be punished to the full extent of the law, remembering if she committed the same crime against people she'd be charged with over 70 counts of the crime, the same should apply for these defenseless creatures!
