Rabbits are whole beings with lives and personalities. They are not trash to be left out when you're too lazy and mean to care for them. They are meant to have good homes which care for them just as dogs and cats are cared for - inside (especially in harsh conditions) and with lots of water and veggies and hay. This woman is despicable.
