Trump is not a conservative, and would his policy decisions would likely not reflect that of the GOP platform, but would more likely resemble that of the Democrat's platform. This is assuming that he would actually win against Hillary, which is looking doubtful. If Trump is the nominee, it will be time for conservatives to seek an alternate 3rd Party candidate!

Donald Trump is incapable of leading the Republican Party to success over the Democrats in November...He is unfit to serve as POTUS, he Lies constantly, he slanders anyone who does not jump on his bandwagon, has proven to be incapable of Uniting the party, how will he ever Unite the Country? He attacked the ethnicity of a sitting Federal Judge who is overseeing 2 class action lawsuits in which he is the defendant, accused of FRAUD. Just this week, he lied about the outcome of a Virginia Federal Court case, citing the Judge by name, and claiming the decision was in his(Trump's) favor...He continues to LIE about the most obvious situations, how could we, the Citizens ever believe one word that flowed from his office.... How, or why could any World Leader have any Respect or Trust for or in The United States of America if either Hillary Clinton or our Presumptive Nominee, Donald Trump were at the helm....By forcing Donald Trump on the voters, you are forcing this Country down a path that equals or is,worse than the last 8 years.... What happened to aspiring to excellance? Now, we should settle for a choice between a man or a woman who either don't understand the Constitution, or they understand it but do Not Respect it.....If Donald Trump is the G.O.P. Nominee, This party is going up in flames because he will surely take mist down ballot candidates down with him in defeat.. I.e. Renee Ellners.

Please do the right thing. Donald Trump is unfit for the job. Be brave. We need you to represent the majority of Republicans who voted against Trump. Thank you.

I have been a registered republican since I turned 18. We need a better nominee. He has lawsuits pending, no tax returns, the highest unfavorables. Every week he says it tweets something offensive. He knows nothing about how government works, he threatens people (Sen Jeff Flake, the medie, etc). He is not conservative.

Trump has no interest in taking the fight to Clinton, he has no interest in the GOP platform, frankly, he has no interest in anything other than Trump. Nominate him, and the party's officially dead. #NeverTrump

I second Jean Sidwell's comment! Nominate Kaisch! The ONLY candidate (other than JEB! for obvious reasons) that didn't buckle to party pressure and allow himself to be manipulated into supporting a narcissist holding the GOP by the balls with SCOTUS.

Let the Delegates vote their conscience please! Give the party a fighting chance for fair representation!

I refuse to vote for a NY liberal, especially a racist, misogynist, foul mouth lying liberal posing as a republican. #NeverTrump The delegates should be allowed to vote their conscience as the judge in VA ruled. They have the 1st Amendment right to, and they have a duty to nominate a representative of the party, who believes in the party platform and can win in the general election. To do their duty, they need to be unbound.

Just saw a New York Times article in which Trump mentioned he wouldn't mind the GOP losing the Senate. He is out for himself! We need somebody who will actually beat Hillary. And Trump also told the Times that he wasn't sure he'd keep the job if he even gets it! How much worse is he going to be able to get before it's worth trusting the judgment of our delegates who are surely most Party-loyal and patriotic among us??
