The convention is not supposed to be a coronation. The delegates are not rubber stamps. Trump has no loyalty to the Republican platform. He has publicly stated that he is not a Republican. There is no reason the RNC or GOP should have any loyalty to him. Let the delegates vote their conscience.

I believe there were so many Democrats that crossed party lines that no state truly showed the will of the Republicans. Only an unbound convention will actually show who the Republicans really want.

Free the delegates. Trump is not fit to be the nominee of the Republican Party.

I have voted republican in every election since I was able to vote. I will NOT vote for Donald Trump (nor Clinton). I will pick a 3rd party candidate if necessary.

Unbind the delegates! Delegates should not have been bound in open primaries and caucuses. Donald Trump does not represent the GOP. He is a wolf in sheep's clothing. He will destroy the GOP, and we will be left with a Democrat House, Senate, and President (As well as an awful Supreme Court). Unbind the delegates! Unbind the delegates or else half of the GOP will leave the party!

The delegates have a moral obligation to deny Trump the nomination. He is a liberal democrat who lacks a rudimentary understanding of the Constitution. Trump is a thin skinned narcissist and cannot be trusted. There is historical precedence for the delegates to deny Trump the nomination. Abraham Lincoln received the nomination at the 1860 Republican convention despite trailing William Seward in the delegate count entering the convention. Failure to stop Trump at the convention will result in the continuing decline of the U.S.

We absolutely need to have a conscience clause as a safety valve for late discovery of morally bankrupt, corrupt or posing candidates. I urge you to penalize states with open primaries. Democrats should never again be permitted to choose our nominee.

Trump benefitted from 12 million Democrats voting for him. He is not our choice, he is the only one that couldn't beat Clinton. Save the Conservative movement and free the delagates!

Donald Trump is not fit to be president of the USA. It's apparent to all but the GOP leaders that he's a sick man. Hillary will win. Unbind the delegates.

Trump is UNQUALIFIED, UNFITNESS, & is a potential DANGER to this country should he somehow win the White House. He has shown, since he became the presumptive nominee, that he cannot and will not change his ways. He cannot win in November. The delegates must replace him with somebody who actually has principles and who is a decent human being, unlike Trump.
