Rules Committee a judge already recognized that delegates are not bound.Please make it a ruling so it can be brought to the floor for a vote from the delegates.

Please listen to the 56% majority of our party and allow for a qualified conservative principled candidate with a Presidential temperament, that is now presently being sued for fraud . Please free the delegates and dump Trump to give us a real chance to beat Hillary.
