The weight of the responses I am reading is heavy but it confirms why I started this long road. I am exhausted by the depth of the pain people have shared here yet I am moved to keep going until we build that shelter.

My mother and I met Tanya Keen when we were shopping in Greenville. She was entering the building as we were leaving. She was beautiful, kind, and super nice. She even showed me pictures of her children. On October 9, 2010 (one month after my mom had lost her battle with cancer), Tanya Keen passed away. I was saddened when I heard the news, and I hate it that she is no longer here on Earth but I know she is now safe in the arms of the Lord.
I worked for him in Pennsylvania in the 70's. He embezzled from his partners in medical practice and was run out of State. He will be arrested if he returns. He is a bad human being. I pray for you and your daughter.
I'm from Clarksdale, but moved to Batesville where I graduated with Tanya.

I personally know how people with money can buy their way out of trouble and also know that once a person has a substantial amount of me they then long for Power. I'm so sorry that this young daughter, mother, and friend of many had to suffer so much in the short time she was here on earth..
