I agree with everything my husband wrote but would like to add I have children With asthma and myself have such severe allergies that cause breathing issues and wearing mask combined with high heat temperatures Is only asking for breathing problems. I think there are so many precautions taken that at some point the residents can be in charge of ourselves like the adults we are. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do! Please hear and understand where we are coming from and Know we are not trying to just cause issues we just want to have a enjoyable summer and that’s why we moved here to the ranch.

I believe the wording of the waiver needs to be revised. Using words such as "shall" is causing great confusion. I have no issuse signing a waiver to release liability that states "users should consider wearing masks". I will not sign a waiver that states "users must wear a mask". The wording needs to be more clear so we can make an appropriate decision as to sign or not sign the waiver.

I agree, a mask at the pool will not provide any substantial protection, it is not required by the government and therefore should not be required at the pool. Please revise your waiver.

I can’t wear my mask and my snorkel. We pay HOA dues for a reason, open the pool or give me my money back.

While we appreciate the desire protect the residents of Sandbrock Ranch the requirement to wear face masks at the pool is an overstep and should be removed from the waiver. It would be appropriate and responsible to suggest face masks but require them. By using any of the amenities we use at our own risk and if individuals are not willing to take the risk they don’t have to use. The requirements listed on the waiver are also outside of The state of Texas guidelines therefore not consistent with your message. The requirement to request appointments could also pose issues and should be reconsidered.

We are being relocated to another state so why should we be punished and not be able to use this pool? We were the 2nd family to move into this area.....we have seen alot of changes since October 2018 and we don't like it.

Wearing a mask at the pool is ridiculous. Outside, fresh air, appropriate cleanup, hand washing and social distancing are healthy and acceptable expectations, but wearing a mask at the pool is not. Please revisit this requirement at the SBR pool.

I believe that wearing a mask while outdoors and maintaining social distance is overkill, unnecessary and an overstep. Please reconsider the wording of the liability

If HOA is going to cite federal, state and local guidelines then y’all should cite it right and not make up your own guidelines. You really know how to screw up our FAMILY SUMMER TIME at the pool with this non sense.

Yes. The requirement to wear masks at a pool is both an overstep by HOA and unsound scientifically. There is scientific evidence that prolonged mask wearing may well endanger the wearer's health.

SBR HOA needs to revisit the measures in place. If you are going to the pool you don't need to wear a mask.
