This is atrocious! Where are my rights? Where are the rights of children? Just because the government, HRC and LGBT community don't appreciate modesty, purity and the right to privacy doesn't mean the rest of society doesn't. What a gift this current government administration is giving to all the predatory perverts of the nation. It's a proven fact that while not all people who watch porn become sexual predators, ALL sexual predators start with porn and continue to progress to the next level of excitement. Peeping, voyeurism, photo snapping, using their phone to record people and then molestation or rape. WHY on the earth would we give them real LIVE situations to help them along? This policy is impossible to regulate and forces people to not use their instinct or voice to question suspicious situations for fear of a lawsuit. In addition to creating situations that are VERY difficult to prove "intent". For instance, did that guy just record me on his phone while I was showering, or dressing? He's now left the building, how do I prove that? It tells women who have been the victim of sexual assault and are highly uncomfortable with a man in their intimate space, that their feelings don't matter. Do you realize that the number of women sexually assaulted far out number the handful of transgenders? This is lunacy.

Gender is not an idea or a feeling: it is a biological fact. This isn't a LGBT issue. If a very small percentage of people feel uncomfortable for whatever reason using their gender's bathroom/locker room, make a stand-alone facility for them. DO NOT take away others' rights to privacy and freedom to satisfy a political agenda.

How is allowing sexual predators into the locker rooms, showers and bathrooms safe and supportive? Why do the concerns for less than 1% of our population trump the safty concerns and privacy issues for the remaining 99% of our population?
