Tell MTA to Deny Commercial Entrance Planned In Front of East Broadway Subway Entrance & M9 Bus Stop

Very unsafe idea that our elected officials and community board should have been vocal about opposing. Hopefully the MTA will realize how dangerous this will be if allowed to proceed.

This is quite appalling that the business is relocating its entrance to their proposed business to circumvent the 200 foot law to get a full liquor license. The amount of foot traffic near the East Broadway train station and M9 bus station is already busy. Adding an entrance for a business will pose even a greater safety concern. Please reconsider!

The relocation of this door is unnecessary for this business and would only increase congestion at an already busy corner. The new location of the door poses several safety issues for the public as well.
