Country park would be best thing for this area, we have nothing like this on this side of the town? Look how many people use High woods country park it’s brilliant for all ages. Paul Luckman.

Colchester has developed far too much over recent years and there simply is not the infrastructure to support 1000 new homes in this area.

Please DO NOT sell to developers. Make the whole site a Country Park, there is so much wildlife, plants and insect living on the land we go not want to see it destroyed.

There isn’t the road infrastructure or enough schooling / doctors for more houses. This area should remain nature and green not more houses!! Colchester does not need more houses. Give us more greenery to let our children use and be at one with nature at.

Please leave this land for nature. So much of Essex is being built on I’m sure this green space isn’t really needed for more houses but it is desperately needed for our wildlife
