The early buzz is already pouring high praise upon it, but the buzz is also saying that it's a sleek, fine-tuned machine. Bong spent a long time in post-production on this film to make sure it was perfect before releasing it. It even missed its premiere at Cannes because he wasn't done tweaking and cinching it yet. And now, Harvey Weinstein wants to come along, and with the wave of a hand, demand that Bong cut 20 minutes so that his stereotype of stupid, ol' Middle America can understand it.
