As long as the “ rules” of social distancing are honored and one person is addressed at a time, I support this reopening listed above. Thank you!

Please support these businesses and allow them a chance. Tattoos shouldn’t be priority over health & fitness!

I help manage a same business fitness studio that is at financial risk of not being able to open due to how long we have been closed down. We can control how many people come to our classes, how many classes a day we have, and how far apart people stand yet we cannot open. We offer services to healthy people and have a full plan for cleanliness. I believe that we are at no more risk of spreading the virus than bars and hair salons.

The small boutique studios can easily handle the necessary precautions for safety and cleanliness. I have been going to these smaller studios for over 30 years and have never had an issue will illness. The proper breathing technique is key to Pilates and is very helpful to people with asthma and other lung function disorders. These studios also have trainers that are certified to train people that require rehab due to surgeries, accidents, etc. You are risking the health and well being of those individuals that need exercise for their mental and physical well-being. These smaller studios can help fill the void until all fitness centers can open again.

Pilates was invented during a pandemic and improved immune systems for the men in an interment camp where Joseph Pilates invented it. It's the only interment camp that didn't die off from the plague.

Any site that can meet the rules for safety should be allowed to open with new procedures.

The Pilates studio that sent me this petition would be low/medium risk. Very small number of people, easy to disinfect, no contact no sweating no panting breaths.
