D’Esposito’s refusal to provide vital military equipment to Israel and Ukraine in stand-alone bills at this critical juncture in each allies’ war against terrorism is putting the national interests and security of our country at risk. Our allies are more vulnerable to continued aggression. In fact, the House’s failure to provide further aid to Israel only strengthens Hamas and other bad players in the region and led Putin to intensify his attacks on Ukraine.

Ukraine is literally rationing bullets. It’s unconscionable that D’Esposito would continue to withhold foreign aid under the guise of border security -- when it has become obvious that the House has no intention of actually solving the border crisis but want to keep it as an issue to campaign on in November.

Desperate times calls for desperate measures. If the Speaker won't bring bills to provide aid to Ukraine and Israel, D'Esposito must force a vote on the floor by signing onto a discharge petition.

Stop playing politics with our national security. Ukrainians are running out of ammunition. Terrorist groups are growing in the Middle East. Thousands of Gazans are in desperate need of humanitarian aid. Taiwan is less secure. And the crisis at the border remains. And the entire world knows that it's because of the House's inability to act.
