We the people of the teenagers request changes in the Tracy city of California. We have been neglected of our teenage needs for a place to do productive and beneficial activities in a safe and constructive enviorment. We would like a building directly for teenagers 13-18. In this building, the teenagers will create the enviorment. All the work done in this building will be constructed by teenagers. This building will transform into a teen night club on Fridays and Saturdays. There will be admission, but only enough to cover the cost of the rent. We are your future, and the future needs change.
