I am always supporting the establishment of the “Technology Bureau”, and hope it can lead IT to a whole new level and gain more respect from others. However, I don’t think you should put all the blame to CY on this one. Part of the reason why Technology Bureau is not being established is due to the fact that those so-called “Pan-democracy Camp” filibuster action.
