That wall structure at the entrance of the Sonterra subdivision is a terrible accident waiting to happen! Do we need to eait for some poor soul to lose a life because of this terribly dangerous wall/sign? It is fromt of entrances to main facilities such as
FLYING J, Denny's, Burger King. Mc Donalds and big Trucks plus cars go in and out all the time especially during peak hours! You cant see to pull out!!

More than once I have witnessed cars coming out of McDonald's to get back on the service road and come one the wrong side of this stone structure in to oncoming traffic that is turning off the service road onto Sonterra Blvd. I have had near head on misses myself.

I don't live there yet, but will later this summer. That wall is a danger to any one trying to get across the street from the businesses on both sides of it. At least cut it down so drivers can see over it!

I inspect HOA properties everyday. This is one of the most dangerous intersections within an HOA that I can recall... entry, exit and in between are all unsafe.

I have almost been Side swiped several times pulling out of flying J parking lot to go left towards sonterra. You cannot see anybody coming from the access road pulling up past this structure nor can you see if anyone is about to pull out of the parking lot of flying J if you are the one turning off the access road, it is a serious safety issue!

Coming from the Flying J, you can't see until it's a hazard going towards the neighborhood. Stupid idea by the Sontera creator. It's all about him. He's not willing to let the subdivision be in the city limits of Jarrell. EGOtistic.

Get it down, an accident waiting to happen simply because a developer wants his little ego stroked, this was not done with the residents safety or care in mind. Simply done for a developer to have what he wants regardless of the 1000s of people who live here.

I can not tell you how many times I’ve almost been hit here. You can not see any traffic coming from the 35 frontage road and they take that turn like a bat out of hell. Even if this doesn’t get the signatures it needs, for safety it needs to be removed

This wall, while aesthetically pleasing, has caused many accidents due to limiting visibility almost completely when turning into the opposite lane.
