Our unions have been created and founded upon the ideal of representing the highest standards of control and representing basic rights when it comes down to working conditions.
The recent surge of non medically trained, non union, hall monitors that production companies pulled off the streets will some how, over night, can decide the outcome of my career is pure insanity to me.
How is it that I must be molested by a injection that is not fully endorsed by the FDA to effectively "protect" any body that is already "vaccinated" when it still means you have to continue to be tested and wear masks all while still being able to get covid, or spread covid?
I have been working on productions since September of 2020 threw the heat and the heart of the pandemic in the hot spots of the state (Navajo nation) and no body died or even really got sick.
Most of the very few productions that shut down were due to "false positive" results.
To me it is a matter of "integrity" and
I can understand their matter of "legalities" on their end.
I will sign a document reliving them of all responsibility in the occurrence of any and all injury related to my health for all perpetuity through out the universe. As they like to put it. However if I am forced to be molested by an experimental drug, I would require, in writing, their 100% responsibility for any and all possible long term affects due to the "vaccine"..

Thank Goodness that this union is speaking up for human rights! I'm floored at how quickly some corporations, private businesses and individuals are buckling to this tyranny without question. Many people have ethical, medical or religious reasons for their choices. Those should be respected. Everyone should have informed consent and freedom of choice as to what they put into their bodies. No one should be punished or coerced. This is a clinical trial till 2023 and the pharma companies have complete immunity from any liability if one's injured...

I've had the vaccine. But it shouldn't be forced on those that don't want it. I believe everyone should be taking it. But forcing someone against their will at threat to their job and livelihood is wrong.

1. If I already had Covid should I have to get the vaccine?!.. Makes no sense to inject myself.
2. Does this mean people no longer wear masks on set?..
3. Do they stop testing us because “we’re all vaccinated”
4. Who do I file a law suit against if I have side effects?..
There’s tons of questions that need to be answered before forcing someone to do something against their will.
