This Union is useless. I filed a grievance and it took three years to get it done. He had 360+ grievances that had been just sitting there. They are not for us. They are asking for us to give to the company. This contract would make life worse for all. The company is getting more back in compensation for them then we are getting from company. I was AFA for twenty years.

Local 135 is using scare tactics, is not staying neutral, IS NOT ACTING IN OUR BEST INTERESTS, Are pushing for new hires to vote FOR THE TA, And also allowing people to change their vote. A few of us have spoken to Teamsters Local 210, & would be much happier with THEM, As they were our Union Rep w/World Airways, & Cynthia DeFiguerado, the Business Agent for Local 210, Was AMAZING, & Some of us have already spoken with her.

I have friends as stewards and I know they personally care about the Flight Attendants. But I feel that the union has lost sight of who they’re working for. We need change. I would like to see what AFA could do for us.

Teamsters MUST be replaced by AFA for republic Airways !
