A Union that does not strive to benefit & protect us is pointless, let's stop the flow of money their way in the form of dues with no tangible benefits; vote NO to the TA as well as IBT representation!

I feel the representation we’ve received from the union is just terrible the fact that they boast that these tentative agreement are amazing industry-leading when in fact they’re quite subpar from other regional carriers when we’re expected to exceed our partners in customer service and have a time exceeded our mainline partners customer service in terms of in-flight service we deserve better and unfortunately the Teamsters local 135 Union does not reflect what we are looking for

Mike hangs up on you when you call anyway and never calls you back or answers the phone again at least he does that to me so what’s the point of having Union Reps who act like that???????

I expect more fight and support from the people paid to represent us. Their lack of vision, negotiating skills and back bone is a lose- lose for us. I don’t know what the future holds or the fall out from a decertification process would be, but for me, continuing with what isn’t working out of fear or uncertainty is not an option.

It would have been easy to get many of the benefits the pilots received on their last contract. Could have used most of it for a template, but those representing us in the Union are trying to sell us a poor contract and saying it is so good. Now is the time for change to a group who understands us and will represent US!!
