Need a change for the better. Also need Union to fight for us and not just saying they are with no results! Minimum wage pay won't do it! We have sacrificed too long to not get reasonable pay structure to other airlines. Especially since we do the same job!

We need to be paid equality to our mainline counterparts. We do the same job and in most cases work even harder. Two turns a day is not easy work.
