The purpose of this petition is to acquire the needed signatures to call for a "Special Membership Meeting", with the I.A.T.S.E. Local 399 Teamsters. The meeting would be called solely to discuss the subject of mandatory vaccines in the RTW agreement and or any other agreement.

As per our Studio Drivers By-Laws, Chapter 19, page 27, section B, special meetings states, "Twenty percent of the members in good standing of the Local Union may submit a written petition for a special meeting to the President of the Local Union, setting forth the reasons therefore, and the President shall call the special meeting within a reasonable time.

Therefore, We the undersigned call for a special meeting to discuss this issue of mandatory vaccinations as a stipulation of employment in the Entertainment Industry.
