Dear Steampowered, Us customers are very disappointed maybe even to the point of aggravation that you have made your game " Team Fortress 2 " Free-To-Play. As a customer I think it would be fair treatment to give us refunds or steampowered store credit for purchasing your game and giving it the potential to be what it is today.
