Loblaws has increased their quarterly shares dividends 20% in the last 12 months. Loblaws owns 176 million shares which means they are earning about $250 million dollars per year just in dividends alone. Loblaws and its' shareholders are taking all the profits, we, the workers are getting the crumbs!

After 13 years of work experience I am still Front End Trainee. Who are joining now there wages is $15.20 and after 13 years I am getting $17.45 what a achievement!
