Team tournaments SWGoH was started in september 2016.
The awards were shards of exclusive characters, starships, materials. It so happened that highest rank occupied by players who used modified software (cheat programs).
it was obvious & was reported to the technical support many times. Nothing was done to stop it. Many players have received a significant advantage illegally.
It is not fair to those players who invested in the game time, money and enthusiasm.
We want to restore the balance of the game in the form of compensation. It must be shards of prize characters.
Compensation can be distributed as follows:
if a player has less than 30 units 7*, he should get prize characters 4*.
if a player has 30 units 7* or more, he should get prize characters 5*.
if a player has 50 units 7* or more, he should get prize characters 6*.
if a player has 80 units 7* or more, he should get prize characters 7*.
RUS: С осени 2016г. в игре Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes проводились командные испытания, наградой за которые были редкие персонажи, корабли и материалы. Так получилось, что в большинстве случаев самые высокие места получали игроки, пользующиеся запрещёнными программами, что было очевидно и о чем неоднократно сообщалось в техническую поддержку и разработчикам. Но никаких адекватных мер не было принято. В итоге незаконным путём множество игроков получили существенное преимущество по отношению к тем, кто не нарушал правил, и активно им пользуются, либо начнут пользоваться в ближайшее время. Это не справедливо к тем, кто вкладывал в игру время, деньги и энтузиазм. Мы хотим получить в качестве компенсации за эту ошибку и восстановления баланса в игре персонажей, которые давали в качестве награды за командные состязания и их осколки. Критерием количества звёзд и осколков персонажей предлагаем принять общее количество 7* персонажей. При наличии 80 7* юнитов и больше давать всех персонаже с ивента и осколки, в количествен достаточном для повышения его до 7*. При наличии 50 7* персонажей аналогично, но до 6*. При наличии 30 персонажей др 5*. Для всех у кого-то меньше 30 персонажей 7* до 4*.

The silence from the developers remains frustrating but it only confirms why this fight is necessary. I am still pushing for a direct response regarding the cheaters who ruined those tournaments. Your stories about the time and money lost keep me going when it feels like we are shouting into a void.

Полностью поддерживаю! Разработчики за столько времени не смогли решить даже проблему с читами. Если это лучшее их отношение к комьюнити, то я не впечатлён
