The employees of Northgate Red Robin have consolidated their voices into this petition to remove Mr. Reza Eyth from his position of manager. We have all endured his disrespect, poor leadership, and immature attitude almost countless times; Human Resources has recieved the multitude of formal complaints that have spawned from these instances as little more than a banal formality. The Northgate Red Robin employees are ready to be heard.

We as employees understand how one miscontent can ruin a work environment, while it works for everyone else. In order to avoid that, Red Robin HR has a system of contacting both the General Manager and Regional Supervisor to enquire about any issues. But what if both of those gentleman didn't understand the scope of the problem, or refused to see it? It's the workers who continue to suffer under the toxic work conditions.

There's a running joke around Northgate: "Don't bother writing to HR about Reza, nothing will happen". This petition has been created to show Mr. Reza that mistreatment of employees will not stand. Human Resources is able to downplay a complaint by a singular individual; it's easy to schedule a meeting with Luis and Sean and "show" that individual that there is no problem. The complaint is then filed, never to see the light of day again. This process has been occurring for the better part of three years. We're signing this petition today, to see if HR will finally hear our voices: Mr. Reza Eyth is not a suitable manager for the Northgate Red Robin. This petition represents our commitment to seeing the job through; we're tired of seeing our complaints fall flat with no follow up.

Should the persons listed on this petition not be reached for comment over the course of a month, we will have no other option but to reach out to Seattle's Department of Health and Human Services to report a toxic work environment. These are not measures we wish to take, yet we as workers, do not feel protected.

Hoping for a respectful, productive and safe Northgate that works for everyone,

- The Northgate Red Robin Team
