Teal is my biggest teacher and the best asset to humankind we have. It is no wonder the media is trying to take her down. She is waking us up! Anyone who is in resistance to awareness is going to be against her and us. We stand with Teal no matter what!

Someone close to me attempted suicide. They were placed in a mental ward at the hospital, heavily medicated and put on suicide watch. That was it... that was the intervention offered to them. Luckily he was able to rise from this extreme low and chose to live, but others do not.
Teal is DOING SOMETHING, and it's working for many people. I fully support Teal and what she is going up against. It's time professionals in this field admitted that what is currently offered is not working. And open their minds, listen and support Teal in making changes that save lives.

Teal's suicide video helped me and saved me. Everytime I had suicidal thoughts I would watch it and feel understood and safe. It gave me courage to live. I am now happy and have not been suicidal for months. Thank you Teal.

Teal was the game changer for me as well. She was the only one who agreed with my belief that one needs to go to the depths in order to live an authentic life. Where most mental health providers insist you focus on the upper feeling registers one who has suffered great abuse cannot even truly feel, Teal was the only one who knows the truth : we are all capable to hold space for ourselves, even in the deepest of times.
My heart goes out to everyone who is grieving - and worse unable to grieve - however ; the mother who is desperately trying to find reason for her daughters death (in all the wrong places, but still), the children who are fighting the blatent normalcy with which their parents nowadays disregard their feelings and those of their children, the many people who have found Teal's work to be a beacon of hope and are trying to honour the teachings in a way that helps them make sense of their own purpose, ... .
But at the end of the day I think my message is clear : anyone alive has one choice in the manner of free will ; to move towards consciousness and in doing so committing to compassion for all OR to continue this perpetual blame game and wasting the universe's time resisting expansion. Either way, this work is not easy, living a human life is not easy. But to make Teal out to be more powerful than she truly is, is not only a mistake, it's also rendering her humanity as non existant and her person as (unrightfully) powerless. I hope she remains a truthful and insightful mirror, a wonderful vulnerable beautiful human being and feels supported by this more than anything.

Teal's teaching are unlike any other I've met. Her methods are in a way oppsosite to the hyped 'positive movement' where people just focus on the positive impact and glaze over the reasons for their pains, syndromes, lack of psychological integrity and general unhappines. Her approach is about consciously exploring, validating and healing the aspects of your psyche. I've studied psychology and her approach is similar in a way but far more reaching in therapeutic effect as the explanations and methodolgies she gives for different wounds and psychologiacl mechanisms dive far deeper.

I can't say I have been suicidal, but Teal's teachings have helped me manage my emotions and heal some aspects of my life. The teaching feels good because it 'attacks' your problems at their core and solves them, instead of using superficial methods.
