Teal Swan's content saved my life. In fact, the first video I saw of Teal's was the suicide video that was taken down. Her way of viewing emotions and life in an intuitive and non-clinical way felt right to me and she made more sense to me than any therapist I had been to, although I still lacked the ability to dig out of my depression on my own. I ended up attending one of her retreats as a deeply suicidal person, having struggled with depression for 15 years. When I returned home, my whole view of life had changed and I was no longer suicidal. In fact, I actually began to love myself again. It's been over a year now, and I love life. If it wasn't for Teal, I wouldn't be around right now to do that.
