Teal’s video about suicide saved my life. I watched it over 20times... I was suffering from a postpartum mood disorder and I was having intrusive thoughts and suicidal ideation. I felt like my kids were better off with out me. Each time I watched the video, I felt vast relief and felt I could go on... i am here today alive for my kids and I owe it all to Teal’s video.

Teal has saved my life during my deepest bouts of suicidal ideation and depression. Her teachings do not encourage any form of self harm, but rather enlighten ones perspective in order to discover the highest reason and motivation behind ones desire to end their existence, thus enabling one to fully heal their trauma instead of simply coping with it. Teal teaches people to face their pain at a much deeper level than most of society is even willing to acknowledge, but this is the only way to actually understand what is happening to you. I am deeply grateful to Teal Swan for being able to help me and so many others Through her videos on YouTube, and will support her for the rest of my life.

I absolutely believe Teal’s teachings and specifically the ones around suicide have saved my life. She was the first person to recognize and validate feeling what society labels as taboo. Without her teachings on suicide, I would not be alive today. Those teachings did not take my pain away, they allowed me to work through the pain causing the suicidal feelings to begin with. Her work is incredibly advanced, and I had to turn to her work after the mainstream medical field utterly failed me. She trusted me with my life and that was what I needed to move forward.

Teal Has A Good Idea, I Support Her Cause. From Where I Stand, And As A Survivor From Suicide, The People Who Are Against Her Are The People Who Are Really Not Looking In The Mirror Of Themselves And Asking If What They Are Doing Is Actually Helpful In Regards To Suicide. I did not know of teal when I was suicidal, but I can legitimatly say that the process I went through with doctors, hospital, and medications made my condition worse. Today I am in a much better space, and I can only attribute it to my own path of healing and spiritually that has brought me back to better health. I think teals video is real, I don't see it as negative. I see it as asking someone to really look into and feel into what it would look like and feel like to do it, as to possibly pick another probability or possibility for themselves. For someone who is sucicidal they are going to do it if they really want to regardless of who they talk to. In the BBC article it says talk to a pastor, I'm here to tell you that the person who is truely going to end their life in this way could have spoke to Jesus in the flesh and still went ahead with it. Whatever a person's beliefs are in regards to suicide there needs to be a different approach. Any information is all up to the individual who seeks it. Stop making video games that 13 year old kids play and then do shootings at school, stop giving narcotics to additcs who OD, hault all propganda that influances the public in much more subliminal manipulative ways. Why didn't the mother take some responsibility instead of blaming someone else?

Teal has saved my life in SO many ways. Emotionally, socially, physically and mentally. I have struggled for most of my teenage years (before I even found Teal) with suicidal thoughts. I have what is known at PMDD, which is IN the newest DSM. I went to school and learned all about that manual. PMDD is different than PMS. I have a depression type called cyclothymia that goes along with that, but also happens after my cycle. I have had to suicidal thoughts ever since I had a sexual trauma when I was 15 and the guy I was dating at the time was 16. I know there are many woman who deal with that, as I am in Facebook groups specifically for those who suffer suffer from PMDD.
When I found Teal (actually a friend of mine first told me about her with her meditations on the Calm App.) She told me that of ALL the meditations she has heard on that app, her voice was the one that showed to have the MOST empathy and compassion and understanding of what ppl may be going thru; because she HAS been there. & When I randomly just decided to see if she was on YouTube, there she was. Her videos have Turned my Life around in a positive way!!! No, she is NOT God, but I know for a fact that God IS using her in SOOOO many positive ways.
The network of people we had on FB called Teal Tribe (which was taken off Facebook) was a PRIVATE group of people, who CLD talk to each other abt Teal's, work & how much it has helped them & a SAFE HAVEN for those to get their inner most feelings of their personal traumas out and root causes in their life that MAKES them depressed and hopeless. Talking to others with kindred spirits who can REALLY "listen" to others and BE THERE for one another. It was a safe group where ppl can get that support to HEAL when they write things out to vent. Writing being another tool that she encourages us to heal with. As I'm sure that has helped her, too.
