MY KIDS SCHOOL IS ALREADY PACKED TO THE BRIM. STOP PUTTING APARTMENTS EVERYWHERE WE NEED TO KEEP THIS NEIGHBORHOOD FOR FAMILIES NOT DEVELOPERS.
traffic on hyde drive is already a mess during school drop off times. we dont need more apartments cramming the street up.

The rezoning of this property will negatively impact every home surrounding it by overpopulating, lowering property values, and leaving the area open to any future owner to put a variance and do more.
