Educating young people should be left to teaching professionals. Not placed in the hands of expenses fiddling career politicians of any denomination.

when will politicians stop using education as a political tool? All the Tories do it, Red ones, Yellow ones and especially the Blue Meanies. Eton-Oxbridge robots know nothing about what it's like to be a teacher/pupil in a normal educational landscape.

Just a reminder that teachers reach on average 200 young people week, to encourage, inspire and motivate them to become good citizens.

Our education system will not progress until it becomes just and justice means giving children what they need, not making them all the same.

Our current education system is perpetuating the class divide and lining the pockets of a select few rich people.

Michael Gove will never be as inspiring as a good teacher, or even a terrible one.
